IT is totally undesirable more for females who are supposed to be homemakers. With the change of outlook, more females are coming out of homes. Infact it is a good sign to remove gender bias and to ensure overall prosperity. They are entitled to enjoy life in whatever way they feel comfortable but in a decent way. In such a circumstance women should not go to pubs voluntarily , but because of modernization youths are being attracted towards the pub culture or I say towards what is negative in western culture. Yes, it is against Indian culture for women to be seen in pub. Women should not be go into the pub because it’s a western culture and it is totally against Indian culture, it spreading the bad things among women.
And also it encouraging people to drink, to do the abnormal activities and also defame the nation culture.

Vishal, dont use the word “wanna”… thats very western – practice what you preach. Regarding drinking please go into the villages where there are no pubs but millions drink illegal / country liquor and die – go help them. India has vices like killing of the female child, bride burning, dowry, property disputes ending in murder etc … go change that…. and then if you are still alive, point a finger at the “western world”…
Indian culture is beautiful as long as you don t get to live in it. Mind you, I speak exclusively of this family I know, and cannot generalize to everyone. But.. from what I hear on this site.. From outside looked great, but as an outsider who married into an indian family let me tell you, it is HELL. Gossip, hate, rules, children not talking about real issue with parents, just obeying like dogs, only thinking of own blood, no real care for anything that does not bring profit to the family, of which affairs obviously old folks decide, and everybody must follow, young women pretending no boyfriend, and hiding behind their parents backs, the reality of having boyfriend. Man, it is such a hypocritical culture. Fu….ing like rabbits, and having tons of children even when they hardly can afford food for them!!! They LIE, SCHEME, and they would do anything for money. never mind education. So demeaning for a woman, who is regarded as a slave who must have some sort of special permit to get out of the house and justify her every move. It is a retarded society dominated by males and matriachswho have NO LIFE and get excitement
